Interests: capturing the most simple of terms and hiding them inside a rhyme, a storyline, or a character you will come to know and love. as i try to amaze you let your mind and emotions hang open and i will fill the void with the marvelous words God above has given me.
Expertise: Prose is writing distinguished from poetry by its greater variety of rhythm and its closer resemblance to the patterns of everyday speech. The word prose comes from the Latin ''prosa,'' meaning straightforward. This describes the type of writing that prose embodies, unadorned with obvious stylistic devices. Prose writing is usually adopted for the description of facts or the discussion of ideas. This means that can be used for newspapers, magazines, novels, encyclopedias, screenplays, philosophy, letters, essays, history, biography and many other writings.

                                             creeds and kings

the might, the rush                                                                  Rome in the fall

the quiet the hush                                                                   Monaco snows

my love my God                                                                The telephone call

to push to prod                                                                the lowest of prose

the poetry rips                                                                     the people speak

sending the troops                                                                we try to avenge

the bleak the dull                                                                the blissfully weak

the way that i hold                                                          my weight at the end

creeds and kings                                                                   and earthly dust

the most spineless of things                                                 and wating to die

wanting to use                                                                 the pain that i thrust

for life and for You                                                         the train has gone by

but i will not forget you                                                 as i dance in your rain

and i will upset you                                                         check please, im full

but the light is the how to                                                 the love can explain

what i am without you                                                      with nothing to gain

The End of the Year Poem

Catch my salty tears of sarcasm melted

In the biggest stainless steel bucket in your life

Shine it and polish it as others look on in wonder

Stair-stepping words, careless hatred

Month after month of moth-eaten promises

Old and worn, tattered and torn up

I kick them to the curb of reality

The infected state of mind that runs me stuns me

Squeeze my hand, my bruised hand

My easily provoked gag reflex flexes

And the sight of you after all this time

Is too much for my stomach to feel

To take to make to love and hope for

One more cigarette couldn’t hurt my feelings

But the way you ignore my love is bad

And the way you disregard the times we had

So I can sleep again, for He has bought me

And I don’t have to listen to your ill-fated insults

Your thick skin and your public venue

Will cry and die as my song continues

Caffeine free love for this planet

As I bring you words that understand mankind

And you scream “at last” and I agree with you

As you wander in and out of my kaleidescope mind

But you don’t have friends do you?

You hate the way God loves you and the way I showed you

And I can stand sad at what you have become

Your dark brown hair and your blonde highlights

But I can’t judge your plight as I have gone through it too

That is why I think God has brought me to you

Swing five times and jump on the sixth

Feed the swimming, floating, dying fish

But thank you Father for that other lady of light

That you brought to me who ran my heart cold and dry

Through that sentimental metal-detector of hope and love

And she is all I can think about tonight

And thank you for those far away angels

That love me like they love a stranger

Through that halogen glow they bless my insides

And I feel glad to know that they know my heart

So sleep now, year of the topsy-turvy

Sagging eyes and puffy sinuses

Alergic to time and lines of poetry

Sing to me time, and I will sing back

With the ants and bats and a stereotype rap

Swing low, sweet chariot and get me

And I will love your wheels and spinning spokes

And we will live happy and ever after and I will dance inside the arms of your hopes.

---good times man, some of them there are very special people noted in this poem. If you think you are one ask me and ill tell you.

For Melia

Your neat black hair, dark brown at least

So nice, so tender as you act towards God’s children

Sweet self-control, a poise that screams Miss America

dang, I’m glad I know you, I can say that now and show you

feelings are mutual, bittersweet circumstances

brought us on this merry-go-round of dramatic happenstances

but time proved the best way to tell if he would miss her

and you have, and you do I think, at least I know you are my sister

and thicker than blood, our bond our Father is the same

so we dance beneath his misting, twisting, sentimental rain

and I am glad to be here with your trust and your faith

in all things good but waving goodbye to naieve tastes

so I pray just as hard as I can at night

for you to kiss that sweet low-swinging chariot of light

and in that find peace and a blessing for keeps

so we will always talk with love, gentle – meek.

My friend of a friend, distant porcelain doll

You shattered my chinashop feelings of fall

Feelings of anger, danger, when I hate her

My perfect, sweet, and beautiful stranger.

So swing outside my window now

As I take you in my arms and vow

That harm will quake when you return

Pestilence will shake and hatred will burn

Be thou just as you are today

Never change, please never change

Keep me in your cinnamon ways

And I’ll speak your name each time I pray.

--this is for my friend Melia, she has helped me through a lot of tough crap. This is for you Mel…my guardian angel.

Black and White Movie

This black and white movie im making of you

Beautiful, talented, gallons and gallons of

Bright crimson fingernail polish for you

Love is all talk and I know im in love with you

This black and white world that I live in with you

Easily scarring the bone hissing charring of

Millions of fireflies dying and crying

My lips touch to yours and the landscape is flying

My world is for once, mine again and you know

That you hold it fast in your lace petticoat

And I hold your hand while you skip over pathways

And you hate my guts but I sing for you anyway

All of your passion and picnics and roses

Rows upon rows of your delicate noses

Sold for a fortune, sold for a lifetime

You aren’t mine but you just might be next time

Flowers will wilt, the hours will spill

Fastly and ghastly onto your windowsill

Where an American Pie filled in lines

But now that your gone I feel glad you weren’t mine

And this black and white movie is now up for auction

With papers and plates and a postcard from Stockholm

Sweden and Monaco, fingerprint photographs

Somebody’s life and they never can take it back

Now this black and white movie is hard to decipher

My wrinkled old fingers fight to go higher

And the light dims at last around hundreds of faces

And I feel at ease for that movie awaits us.

---a bit of a song, very sad and deep
